Youth Exchange Project Developer badge demonstrates the ability to shape a realizable idea exploring the expectations and wishes of all group members, to find appropriate partners and to develop a project plan. 
Learning Targets
  • Understanding the objectives of Erasmus+ programme and its relation to the youth work field
  • Understanding youth exchanges as a form of non-formal and informal learning
  • Knowing methods to include young people in the project development phase
  • Understanding group dynamics
 
  • Being able to draft an outline for Erasmus+ youth exchange project, keeping in mind the eligibility of all related costs
  • Being able to identify other relevant funding sources
  • Being able to align project proposals with the Erasmus+ objectives
 
  • Demonstrating attention to detail
  • Showing a participatory attitude
  • Being a positive role model for young people
 

Participants have to successfully finish the following tasks before the badge will be issued.Minimum standard:

  • Actively participated in the entire TC/voluntary programme/internship
  • Filled out self-evaluation form
  • Reflection session with the trainer/mentor

 

  • Case Study
  • Conducted one workshop on the topic of the activity with youth within 2 months after the activity
  • Conducted critical incident analysis
  • Problem Solving and simulation games on the specific topic of the activity
  • Reflection exercises
  • Scored at least 80% on the final test
